My hair is on the verge of being brown aka dirty blonde. I want to dye my hair a dark brown. I have pretty pale skin and blue eyes. Any tips

For most people you should not change your hair color more or less than two shades different than your natural color.

If I were you, I would try to use a semi-permant color in a chestnut (or a similar neutral base color about two shades darker than your current color) then tweek that until it looks the way you want before switching over to permanent color.

To help you get started and understand the terms on the box: If your skin has pink tones you might try an ash base color if your skin has peach tones you might try a more golden base color.

ok i had this problem. listen to me cuz you will end up ruining your hair!

you have to get a semi permanent color first and get a purple ink in the beauty shop.. use most of the dye on your roots and only a lil on your tips cuz your roots need to absorb the color. IF YOU DONT USE THE PURPLE LIQUID, I PROMISE YOUR HAIR WILL TURN ORANGE AND BRASSY.

what's the problem? Dye it. There is a change for everyone.. you'll learn from ur mistakes.. don't go to a beauty shop they r to much.. they want money..I'm sure u r beautiful either way just experiment and that is always fun...L

If you have blonde eyebrows... Dying your hair brown isnt the best idea. Consider dying your eyebrows too

1. Put a brown wig on and see how it looks. (make sure brown wig looks real and its your style)
