yes... spending time outside will change your hair but it depends on the hair and amount of time... but, there is this stuff you can buy from like, any local drug store... i dont remember exactly what its called but its something like sun-in spray... you just spray it on your hair and go outside or use a hair dryer for alittle bit and it lightens your hair... the more you use the lighter it gets

Your hair can become light brown, but not blonde. A natural way to make highlights is to take a slice of lemon, make a cut in the middle and draw parts of hair you want to be lighter through that cut. I tried this after swimming in the sea and I stayed in the sun until my hair was completely dry, so it might have been an hour or so.

From a health point of view you are supposed to keep exposure to the sun to a maximum of 20 minutes. As it would take far longer for direct sunlight to bleach your hair I reckon you'd need a very strong sunblock to avoid serious skin damage. The best advice I can think of is to go to the hairdressers. That way you won't end up looking like a blonde lobster.

P.S.: If you do this, make sure you use sunscreen when yoiu sit out in the sun because i don't know how long you'll have to sit in it. It depends how dark your hair is, but it shouldn't take too long.

Like everyone else said, lemon juice. But it will just lighten it, not give you a full head of blonde hair. Also, if your hair is a lighter shade of brown I recommend using sun-in. I used it for my hair when it was a light blonde and it helped lighten it and never turned it orange.
