OMG!!!! i have blue eyes and brown hair too!!!!!! The color that I like the best is pink, because it contrasts my eyes and makes them pop and stand out (works for makeup, too!!!). Although it depends on your skin tone, pink is the best, and maybe light blue or brown. Too much light blue can blend in too much with your eyes and make them not stand out as much.
