please don't do it. all i think when i see that style is "skunk." and yes, it will look weird up in a pony-tail.

if you want a new look, add some red and light brown highlights. go to a professional salon and ask them to make it subtle. your friends will all think you spent the summer on the beach.

if you had blonde hair then i would put purple underneath. mabey you could do that. dye your hair blonde then add purple underneath. my friend did it and it looked really good.
