Okay. I would like to put Purple streaks in my hair. I have dark brown hair, shoulder length. It also layered. I'm either looking for advice for a site that has a good idea on what HairDye I should buy and what it would look like. Can anyone help me out?

I have dark brown hair and when I was younger I had purple and red streaks. I found most purple hair dyes showed up you can even get some that shows you on the packet how intense the colour will be. I would just look somewhere like boots.

I get it a drugstores.My mom worksin a solon ans says that that is a great dye if you have dark hair, she sais that its best if its your first time to go to a proffesional and get some tips. She also suggests that bacause a proffesional would color you hair in a balanced way and tips she says most would cost about 20 dollars depending on the popularity of the solon.Good luck!!

i do them myself and i use a temporary dye. i first bleach the streaks i want purple, or pink as i changed the color, so the color will be brighter. I use color jamz dye, from Sally's

i would never color my own hair. hair coloring is something that should only be done by a professional at a salon. if you mess up u have to live with it for life.
