What color highlights look best with medium golden brown hair?

I want something that looks like they could be natural highlights (since I don't really have any... my hair is a pretty consistent shade throughout). So, what color highlights would look good on medium golden brown hair?

I have a picture too, if you want to take skin tones into consideration. And also, let me know if I have the wrong name for my hair color. I'm not exactly sure what to call it!

I think you should get different toned highlights. When I went in to get mine, the lady told me that it looks the most natural if there are a few different shades. Here's a picture, and all of them have highlighted hair, and it looks very natural.
